collabbway Shop Hub - Important Information

HOW TO USE YOUR PURCHASE:

1. Ensure you have entered the correct email address in the ‘checkout’ field. This is where you will receive an email link to edit and download the template and save the file.

2. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email immediately from collabbWAY with your purchase information. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk folder and all other folders.

3. When you open the email, there will be a link to click, which will start your download. Once you open the download, there will be a second link to click, which will take you to the purchased digital files.

4. You are now free to use the templates and guides purchased.

5. Please save the PDF download to your computer, as this link will expire 48 hours after purchase.

6. If you have purchased coaching sessions via your package, collabbWAY will contact you directly to set up these sessions.

LEGAL STUFF:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the digital nature of this product. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges on digital products. The purchase is for one user only; unauthorised distribution (including sharing or selling of the design tools) will be met with legal action.
