Born from lived experience and shaped by more than two decades of work within complex systems, collabbWAY exists to bring clarity, connection and courageous action to the real, often messy, work of leadership and organisational change. This is leadership that pays attention to how people actually experience work.
With a focus on leadership development, team building, workplace training, and facilitation across Geelong and the Barwon South West, to national work in organisational design and change management, the heart of the work stays the same: people first.
Our approach
collabbWAY works at the intersection of leadership development, facilitation, organisational design and change. We partner with leaders and organisations who know that sustainable performance is shaped by trust, behaviour, systems and everyday conversations, not just strategy or structure alone.

Leaders don’t need more theory. They need safe enough spaces to practise leading people, especially when emotions are high, confidence shifts, or conversations get tough. They need practical micro-skills they can use in the moment, not just ideas to reflect on later.
Where we focus
A core part of collabbWAY’s work is supporting leaders early, particularly those stepping into management roles carrying significant relational load. Too often, leaders are given targets, KPIs and responsibility without the human skills that actually shape behaviour and culture.
Alongside leadership development, collabbWAY works with organisations on organisational and system design, how roles are structured, how decisions are made, how accountability is shared, and how work flows across teams. Because leadership behaviour is always shaped by the systems people are working within.
We help organisations design environments where people can think clearly, lead well, and work together in ways that are steady, purposeful and sustainable.

Organisational Improvement Solution
Edge Glass and Aluminium engaged collabbWAY to assess and enhance business operations, focusing on identifying efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities. As part of this review, collabbWAY evaluated and implemented a new job management system to streamline workflows and improve overall business performance.
collabbWAY successfully implemented the system across two sites in Victoria (45 staff), ensuring strong organisational and employee engagement, refined processes and seamless implementation, resulting in improved efficiency and operational effectiveness.

ARCA+ provides a clear and adaptable framework for leaders to support and guide employees in developing their capabilities, mitigate work stress and burnout, and integrate reflection into their everyday practice and work context. Paired with the ALIGN Feedback Model, organisations can create effective conversations that foster psychological safety, alignment, and accountability while supporting employee wellbeing.
