Human Synergistics Australia Inventory™ (LSI) tools to support individuals, teams, and organisations in achieving their full potential. The LSI framework provides powerful insights into thinking and behavioural styles, helping leaders and teams enhance self-awareness, collaboration, and performance.

For individuals, LSI fosters personal growth and leadership effectiveness by identifying strengths and areas for development. For teams, it strengthens communication, trust, and group dynamics, leading to higher engagement and productivity. At an organisational level, LSI helps build constructive workplace cultures, driving long-term success and transformational change.

The LSI inventory is instrumental in fostering leadership effectiveness, resilience, innovative thinking, and improved relationships. With our re-tests every 9 or 12 months, individuals and organisations are equipped to track ongoing changes, ensuring the effectiveness of LSI and a measurable return on investment.

Every participant of the LSI program is empowered with a complete set of self-improvement resources. These include LSI Profile reports (LSI1 and LSI2), profile supplements, and a detailed self-development guide, all of which are aimed at promoting behavioural transformation.
